Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative located in Hubli-Dharwad. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, pitching products or services to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and attending meetings. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Business Development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
- Proficiency in handling sales software and CRM tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in eco-friendly or sustainability sectors is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
