Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Engagement & Sales:
- Present and sell Earthcraft Digital's full suite of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
- Social Media Marketing & Management
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Website Design & Development
- Tailor sales pitches and proposals to align with the specific needs and goals of prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and project teams to ensure client expectations are met and campaigns are successful.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, outlining key performance indicators (KPIs), sales activities, and progress toward targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing technologies to refine sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
