The role requires a strong mix of technical knowledge, client-facing ability, and execution discipline to assist in expanding market share and delivering tailored solutions to customers. Reporting to the Sales Manager, they will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement support, proposal preparation, and coordination with design and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Market Development

  • Assist in executing sales plans to achieve territory-wise targets under guidance from the Sales Leader.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Build early-stage relationships with contractors, architects, and consultants to support business development.

Customer Interaction & Technical Support

  • Act as a technical SPOC during client meetings, explaining PEB systems, benefits, and specifications.
  • Provide accurate technical and commercial inputs during the inquiry and proposal stages.
  • Support clients throughout the sales cycle, ensuring confidence in HalleysBlue's solutions.

Proposal Preparation & Coordination

  • Prepare initial proposals, BOQs, and quotations in coordination with design and estimation teams.
  • Assist in contract discussions by providing data and documentation support.
  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and delivery capabilities.

Lead Generation & Market Intelligence

  • Proactively research new opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring visibility of leads and pipeline progress.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on potential business opportunities.

Sales Reporting & Documentation

  • Track and report on sales activities, lead conversions, and proposal status.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, quotations, and follow-ups.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager/Sr. Manager to align on priorities, sales strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with design, operations, and erection teams.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Education:

  • BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an advantage.

  • Freshers

  • Knowledge:
    Basic understanding of PEB systems, construction methods, and materials.
  • Sales Orientation:
    Strong interest in sales and ability to support deal closures.
  • Communication:
    Good presentation and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Coordination Skills:
    Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Market Awareness:
    Eagerness to learn about customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
  • Tech Proficiency:
    Familiarity with CAD, PEB design tools, and CRM software will be an added advantage.
  • Travel Readiness:
    Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
  • Learning Agility:
    Quick learner with a strong drive for self-development and career growth.

Growth Trajectory and Acceleration:
