Profile Overview:
A results-oriented and self-motivated Sales Executive with 1 to 4+ years of experience in field sales, specializing in building relationships, driving sales, and expanding market reach. Skilled in identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. Experienced in managing dealers / clients, resolving issues, and promoting products in a competitive market. Proficient in traveling across the designated territory to meet clients, establish partnerships, and ensure dealer/customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales target achievement
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of sales processes and market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving license (two-wheeler)would be an added advantage
Job Requirements:
- Traveling across Dharwad District and surrounding areas/districts
- Sales of Kwality Paints products to dealers, retailers, contractors & clients
- Maintaining and growing customer relationships
- Regular reporting of sales activities and market intelligence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
