Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new opportunities. The role includes evaluating competitive offerings, conducting lead generation and closure activities, and ensuring seamless integration of new partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate high-potential business regions for expansion.

• Build strong networks with competitor partners and assess offerings by brokers and market players in the region.

• Conduct lead generation campaigns and drive partner onboarding closures.

• Drive timely business growth, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired partners.

• Monitor and maintain partner retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.

• Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network.

• Encourage partners to adopt digital solutions, reducing compliance risks and unauthorized trade complaints. Ensure partners operate in strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, channel sales or partner management with a strong understanding of investment strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.

• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the investment industry.
