As a key strategic partner, you will drive initiatives and optimize operations to fuel business growth. This role involves supporting senior leadership, managing cross-functional projects, and facilitating internal and external communication.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in consulting, startups, D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support & Planning:

Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan, set goals, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Project Management:

Oversee and drive key strategic initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Operational Efficiency:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth within the beauty tech or retail space.

  • Communication & Alignment:

Serve as a communication conduit between executives, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow.

  • Market & Product Strategy:

Conduct market research to inform product positioning and competitiveness, and identify new revenue streams for the beauty brand.
