Job Title: Hostel Operations Lead

About the Role:

You will lead a team of hostel managers, support staff, and vendor coordinators to ensure smooth operations. This is a key leadership role where you will set standards and drive outcomes through your team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall hostel operations strategy.
  • Lead a team to ensure seamless collaboration between departments and effective service delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align policies with institutional goals.
  • Maintain proactive communication with parents and students.
  • Build confidence and trust across all stakeholder groups.
  • Oversight of third-party vendors and partners involved in housekeeping, security, food, and maintenance.
  • Review and approve SOPs, incident reports, safety checks, and compliance protocols.
  • Champion a positive residential culture.
  • Presentation of regular reports on hostel performance.
  • Tracking KPIs and data-driven insights to improve processes and policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4–8 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in hospitality, luxury housing, student co-living, or client experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading teams, managing vendors, and getting things done through others.
  • Strong conflict resolution, prioritization, and people management skills.
