Apparel / Clothing Manufacturing Leader

We seek a seasoned professional to fill the role of Apparel/Clothing Manufacturing Leader. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing-related activities, ensuring timely shipments, quality control, and operational efficiency.

  • Experience in apparel/clothing/garment manufacturing companies is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize manufacturing operations.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with internal stakeholders, including production teams, quality assurance, and logistics.
  • Collaborating with international partners to ensure smooth supply chain management and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 28-33 years of experience in apparel/clothing/garment manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale manufacturing operations.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, IE/Planning concepts, and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
