Job Title: Campus Design Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to lead the planning, design, and execution of campus infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing designs that align with our vision of being a world-class educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop master plans and architectural designs for academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, libraries, auditoriums, and other university facilities.
  • Incorporate modern educational infrastructure concepts, smart classrooms, and collaborative spaces.
  • Ensure optimal space utilization with scalability for future growth.
  • Ensure compliance with AICTE, UGC, NAAC, NBA norms, and state/local building codes.
  • Obtain necessary approvals from municipal and statutory authorities.
  • Implement universal accessibility (ramps, lifts, signage) across campus.
  • Design eco-friendly and energy-efficient infrastructure (solar, rainwater harvesting, natural ventilation).
  • Promote green campus practices aligned with NAAC/AICTE recommendations.
  • Integrate smart building technologies for energy and resource conservation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution (Master's in Architecture preferred).
  • Registered with the Council of Architecture (CoA), India.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience, preferably in educational/large-scale institutional projects.
  • Proven experience in campus planning, sustainable design, and project execution.
