Lead Architect Position

Job Title: Lead Architect (5+ Years Experience)

Location: Mumbai, India

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced architect to lead architectural and interior design projects at our studio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Execution: Oversee the design and execution of architectural and interior projects from concept to completion.

* Client Relationships: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and maintain strong professional relationships.

* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our team in Sri Lanka to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery.

* Site Supervision: Ensure design quality and timely completion by overseeing site supervision.

* Business Development: Responsible for business development and revenue generation.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects.

* Strong portfolio showcasing design and execution capabilities.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.

* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
