Job Title: Sales Process Operations Leader

Location: Pune

Experience: 6+ years

Role Overview:

The Sales Process Operations Leader role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between dealers, vendors, and the sales team, while managing backend operations, subscriptions, procurement, and reporting. This position plays a key role in supporting daily sales operations, maintaining high productivity levels, and ensuring accurate execution of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily with dealers, vendors, and the sales team for operational requirements.
  • Follow up on renewals and new acquisitions, ensuring timely order processing in the CRM.
  • Manage subscriptions for publications.
  • Manage complaints and resolution.
  • Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials and other related items.
  • Manage backend team productivity, salary processing, and invoice management.
  • Implement orders as per guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate MIS tracking and prepare timely reports for management.
  • Support other operational functions as required by the sales team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in direct sales processes operations
  • Experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in English and Marathi is a must.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
