Job Title: Customer Relationship Management Leader
About the RoleThe Customer Relationship Management Leader will be responsible for optimizing our CRM system to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM platforms and workflow automation, as well as excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities- C RM Platform Management & Optimization
- Configure, manage, and continuously improve our CRM functionalities to align with organizational objectives.
Data Integrity & CRM Hygiene
- Ensure that customer and lead data remains accurate and secure. Implement quality control measures across the CRM.
Lead Management & Automation
- Establish efficient processes for capturing leads, tracking interactions, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align CRM campaigns and customer interaction strategies.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor CRM KPIs and turn CRM data into actionable insights and reports for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, IT or related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience managing CRMs or sales operations.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication, training, and cross-team collaboration skills.
