Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Understand client requirements, create project briefs, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Develop and oversee end-to-end digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Website Management.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track results, and present detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Proactively suggest innovative ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth and profitability.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of 360° digital marketing strategies and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
