Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing ELT Corporate Private Limited team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities in the regulatory & compliance industry in India.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems, as well as excellent written & verbal English communication skills. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture relationships and convert sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM systems, particularly Zoho CRM, to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales activities on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and feedback for targeted campaigns and strategies.
- Prepare and send proposals to leads, addressing their specific needs for accounting, compliance, valuations, etc.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to generate quotations and sales agreements for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct sales discovery calls to understand client requirements and articulate value propositions effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes relevant to our business.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure satisfaction and drive retention.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 6 months to 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in the regulatory or compliance industry.
- Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of technology, with the ability to adapt to CRM systems and other ERP tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand research and legal language.
- Proactive approach to updating CRM systems regularly and accurately.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced startup growth environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to maintaining data integrity in CRM systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
