IT Account Manager Job Description
Job Title:Staffing Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies (A/I), Network Technologies and roles that support these disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM / ATS and VMS platforms.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
