Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end hiring processes, implementing KPI/KRA frameworks, and driving performance reviews.

They will also be responsible for designing engagement activities, employee recognition programs, and career development initiatives, as well as overseeing HR policies, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and grievance handling.

In addition, they will identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs, and work closely with leadership to align workforce strategy with business objectives.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and be able to build, lead, and motivate a high-performing recruitment & HR team.

About the Role
  • Key Result Areas (KRAs)
  1. Recruitment & Staffing – Ensure timely closure of positions across all brands.
  2. KPI/KRA Management – Successful implementation and monitoring of performance frameworks.
  3. Employee Retention – Reduce attrition rates and improve employee satisfaction.
  4. HR Operations & Compliance – Error-free payroll inputs, 100% statutory compliance.
  5. Team Management – Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing recruitment & HR team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 5–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, performance management systems, and HR operations.
  • Prior experience in KPI/KRA management and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
