HR Business Partner Role

The role of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic and consultative one. They act as an advisor to business leaders, aligning Human Resources practices with business objectives to drive organisational performance.

This requires strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, sound knowledge of labour laws and best practices in Human Resources, and high emotional intelligence and discretion.

To achieve this, the HRBP will be responsible for providing comprehensive end-to-end HR support including talent management, employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.

This includes driving the performance management process, addressing employee concerns, mediating workplace conflicts, supporting a positive work environment, and ensuring that HR practices are aligned with labour laws and internal policies.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, 4–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role, and proficiency in HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, or high-growth organisation is preferred.
