Business Partner Role

The Business Partner will play a key role in supporting the HR function and providing expertise to assigned management teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing strong relationships with team members
  • Supporting line managers with employee onboarding
  • Conducting reviews and making recommendations on employment legislation and HR practices
  • Participating in the development and implementation of new local and global HR initiatives

The successful candidate will have experience within an HR function, extensive knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation, strong computer skills, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

You will work closely with senior members of the HR team and line management to drive business outcomes and improve HR processes.

This role requires a high degree of discretion and confidentiality, as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities.

You will also be expected to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
