Job Title: Strategic HR Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to manage our company's HR operations in India and the GCC regions.

  • Lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure alignment with both Indian and GCC labor laws.
Main Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee daily HR activities, such as employee relations, grievance handling, and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and HR policies.
  • Lead performance management cycles, appraisals, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate payroll, leave management, and statutory compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and processes.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in HR, including exposure to both India and GCC labor laws.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, policy creation, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in HR software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
