
Business Development Executive

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strong connections with our customers, thereby driving expansion in market share and revenue, aligning with the company's overarching financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Grow territory revenue and market share, achieving Sales targets.\
- Develop an effective Sales plan covering all accounts within the assigned territory.\
- Manage existing customer accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction.\
- Develop and close additional Sales opportunities within the existing customer base.\
- Identify new opportunities and establish new customer relationships within the assigned territory.\
- Learn and implement the 'Sales Process', adhering to procedures and policies.\
- Operate prudently, staying within expense guidelines.\
- Demonstrate proficiency in using the customer relationship management database.
Requirements:
\Strong operational knowledge of products and services offered.
\Experienced level of selling, sales forecast, and negotiation skills.
\Good understanding of the market and competitors.
\Proven customer relationship management skills.
