We are seeking an accomplished sales and marketing professional to define and execute a strategy that will drive the growth of our international business.
About the Role:This is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead our sales efforts abroad.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Establish key relationships with embassies, healthcare partners, and medical tourism companies to generate leads and conversions.
- Campaign Execution: Organize facilitators' meets and medical camps in embassies and medical tourism companies.
- Sales Growth: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Market Analysis: Conduct OPDs outside India to drive international business and prepare presentations on our clinical services.
- Payout Management: Manage payouts of facilitators and medical tourism companies.
- Reporting: Analyze and present periodic sales reports and dashboards to the leadership team.
- Customer Insights: Gather feedback and insights from current and prospective customers and share them with internal teams.
- Patient Experience: Handhold patients during their OPD or admission to ensure a smooth experience.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar profile.
- Proven track record in managing HCF partnerships and delivering sales targets.
- Ability to travel abroad as needed.
