We are seeking a strategic account manager to cultivate high-value customer relationships for our bank. This involves developing and executing plans to acquire these relationships, leveraging networks and partnerships to access prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with internal referral sources to identify prospects and referral opportunities, explore and review the banking, financial and wealth management needs of mapped customers, and provide inputs to the product and research team for any new products that the customer requires.

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new-to-bank high value customer relationships
  • Leverage networks and partnerships to access prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal referral sources to identify prospects and referral opportunities
  • Explore and review the banking, financial and wealth management needs of mapped customers
  • Provide inputs to the product and research team for any new products that the customer requires
  • Suggest products and services based on client financial needs and risk profile
