Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding existing IT staffing client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and business growth.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction through exceptional client management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and deliver tailored talent acquisition solutions to meet their strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of results-driven account management services.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities that align with client goals and company interests.
  • Oversee profit and loss (P&L) for assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and efficiency in all business dealings.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing business development teams to drive sales growth and achieve business excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record (10+ years) in IT staffing, recruitment services, or account management with a strong focus on building and maintaining strategic client relationships.
  • Exceptional client management, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments and adapt quickly to changing business conditions.
  • Strategic and consultative approach to client engagement and business growth, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred).
