Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years in account management, sales, or related roles
  • Proven success managing large or complex accounts
  • Strong grasp of system integration, telecom technologies, and enterprise solutions
  • Familiarity with Unified Communications, Networking, and Managed Services
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
