Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years in account management, sales, or related roles
- Proven success managing large or complex accounts
- Strong grasp of system integration, telecom technologies, and enterprise solutions
- Familiarity with Unified Communications, Networking, and Managed Services
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
