
Strategic Account Manager

Serving as a strategic lead for customer account management, you will be responsible for fostering trusted relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Negotiate agreements to maximize business value.
- Develop strong partnerships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of our solutions aligned with customer objectives.
- Communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client base or explore areas for improvement.
- Monitor and track key account metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
You will collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities. Additionally, you will assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
