Job Opportunity: Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a strategic partner between the business and HR function.

As a key player in this partnership, you will work closely with stakeholders to support process transformation, technology enablement, and data requirements.

  • Collaborate with the business and HR Function to drive planning and execution of enterprise-wide migration initiatives within the region.
  • Lead the transition of HR work into regional locations, working with leadership teams, functional experts, and local stakeholders.
  • Oversee readiness activities such as knowledge transfer, resource ramp-up, and documentation standardization.
  • Coordinate process stabilization post-transition, ensuring minimal disruption to the business and employees.
  • Develop and implement transition governance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecards, and escalation procedures.
  • Participate in change management efforts, supporting communication and training plans at the local level.

Your expertise will be crucial in driving global consistency in implementation approach and providing support to hiring efforts of GBS HR Operations resources.

You will also provide oversight and thought leadership throughout the implementation of GBS HR Operations, ensuring successful transition of all in-scope activities to the respective Regional center.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Transformation: Collaborate with the business and HR Function to drive planning and execution of enterprise-wide migration initiatives within the region.

2. Transition Governance: Develop and implement transition governance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, performance scorecards, and escalation procedures.

3. Change Management: Participate in change management efforts, supporting communication and training plans at the local level.

4. Employee Impact: Coordinate process stabilization post-transition, ensuring minimal disruption to the business and employees.

5. Thought Leadership: Provide oversight and thought leadership throughout the implementation of GBS HR Operations.
