Role Summary:

Experience a well-networked Education Partnership Specialist with 5–8 years of experience managing school partnerships and client relationships. Maintain an active network of 50–60 schools and have a proven track record of building and sustaining long-term institutional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing connections to onboard institutions into our initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.
  • Ensure end-to-end onboarding including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement.
  • Maintain accurate school records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive retention by ensuring schools continue participation in subsequent years.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education/EdTech sector.
  • Established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience with EdTech programs, or assessment solutions.
  • Strong presence within the Delhi/NCR school network.
  • Ability to manage multiple school accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally when required.
Performance Indicators:
  • Number of schools onboarded from existing network.
  • School retention and repeat participation rate.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
  • Timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations.
