Sr Manager – Higher Ed Partnerships

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India.

  • Build Strategic Alliances: Identify potential partners, research their needs, and develop customized solutions for mutual value.
  • Foster Deep Relationships: Establish trust-based relationships with decision-makers, maintain continuous engagement, and strengthen collaborations over time.
  • Design Partnership Models: Develop innovative partnership models, including curriculum integration, joint certification programs, faculty development workshops, and student career fairs.
  • Negotiate & Finalize Agreements: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and draft mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor Performance & Report: Track partnership performance using key metrics such as student enrollment, program completion rates, and placement outcomes. Provide regular reports and data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5-10 years of experience in college/university partnership, institutional sales, or academic alliances.
  • Strong network within the higher education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets.

This role requires extensive travel across regions.
