Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams and overseeing the delivery of complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management, with experience in HR and Talent Acquisition programs, systems, and processes. You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading large-scale projects from conception to completion
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues

You will also have the opportunity to partner with business owners to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop effective action plans to increase efficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience, with 1-3 years of Management experience
  • Proven track record of success in project management
  • Experience in HR and Talent Acquisition programs, systems, and processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders
