Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead projects from inception to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting project management, scheduling, planning, erection, and commissioning of projects within stipulated timelines.
  • Responsible for monthly reporting to senior management about engineering, design, and project execution.
  • Working on process improvements, developing team, optimising resources, and other change initiatives.
  • Developing project scope, Gantt chart, budget, safety plan involving all relevant stakeholders for delivery of distributed projects.
  • Ensuring 100% of Projects WBS updates in ERP on regular basis.
  • Design and engineering support for distributed projects.
  • Optimizing design to ensure minimization of costs in terms of materials used.
  • Ensuring to validate designs, identify constraints, bottlenecks, and provide corrective actions.
  • Prioritising the projects and allocation of resources.
  • Need based client meetings, vendor meetings, site visits, and coordination.
  • Taking enough inputs for Design and reduce number of iterations required.
  • Understanding organisation requirements from engineering and project execution related requirements and building necessary skills and technical competency within team for successful accomplishment of assigned tasks.
  • Providing technical and safety trainings to team.
  • Maintaining proper documentation of all the projects in OneDrive and ERP.
  • Ensuring files are easily accessible on Drive, maintaining proper checklist/documentation.
Requirements:
  • 18-22 years of experience in project management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
