About this role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders and work closely with them to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

  • Oversight of cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration.
  • Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to meet their needs and effectively manage expectations.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and leading strategic account development activities to align cloud solutions with industry standards.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domain.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry and good grasp of technology and product engineering.
  • Leading high-performing teams to ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Around 15 years of progressive experience in leadership roles for Software development and Salesforce Management Programs.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects for multiple clients with varied engagement models.
  • Ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for stakeholder meetings (10% to 25%).
