Corporate Fundraising Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Corporate Fundraising Specialist to join our team. This role involves driving impactful corporate fundraising initiatives, focusing on strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach:
    • Identify and build relationships with potential corporate partners.
    • Develop and implement outreach strategies through cold calling, email campaigns and prospect research.
    • Qualify leads and arrange introductory meetings.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Create customised CSR proposals, decks and donor communications aligned to Schedule VII CSR areas.
    • Work closely with the content/strategy team to highlight impact stories and data.
  • Donor Engagement:
    • Arrange and attend meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers.
    • Prepare meeting briefs, presentations and follow-up notes.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress/impact reports to funders.
    • Support donor recognition, acknowledgements and branding deliverables.
  • Events & Immersive Experiences:
    • Coordinate corporate visits to our Experience Centres and donor engagement events.
    • Assist in organising fundraising campaigns, workshops and public-facing CSR events.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate donor databases, track outreach metrics (calls, emails, meetings) and report progress to leadership.
    • Support compliance and due diligence documentation for CSR partners.
