Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Manager - Lighting Industry to join our dynamic team. This senior-level position requires a professional with 7-10 years of experience in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate will be based in Hyderabad and work on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement innovative strategies for business growth in the lighting industry.
  • Market Research
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Management
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Product Knowledge and Strategic Planning
    • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to showcase the company's offerings.
    • Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Customer Service and Industry Networking
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    • Establish a strong network within the lighting industry to stay updated on developments.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the lighting industry.

Salary and Benefits
