Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our team at Savvy Search. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in similar industries and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts.
  2. Responsible for the sales and development of new potential business for Power Electronics Background (UPS/Inverter/Solar Background) and Electronics or Electrical background.
  3. Generate Enquiries, Generate References, and explore new opportunities in the assigned region.
  4. Meeting with Corporate clients to identify technical issues and assure complete customer satisfaction.
  5. Offer clients products or services that best satisfy their needs in terms of technical specification, quality, price, and delivery.
  6. To gather market information, trends, and requirements of customers and provide input to Management.
  7. Carry out Sales & Marketing Activities, Preparing Sales Plan.
  8. Responsible for meeting functional and technical requirements of customers' RFPs (Request for Participation).
  9. Ability to drive business expansion through aggressive sales initiatives that deliver revenue growth.
  10. Yearly produce the Company's Strategic Sales Plan and head the implementation throughout each Quarter.
  11. Attend and actively contribute to Sales meetings to keep colleagues informed about customers and product range.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Diploma or MBA/B.E-BTECH (Electronics or Electrical Background)
  • 2+ years experience in similar industries
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Team Management, Decision-making, Leadership skills, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and strategic mindset Presentation skills with logical argumentation
  • Having knowledge of site evaluation and electrical & electronics engineering Good academic record with zeal to learn new concepts quickly and apply innovative ideas to achieve the best results
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and display a sense of responsibility
  • Quickly align with the organization's objectives & values
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Ready to build a career with long-term commitment towards the organization operating in a dynamic product market
