Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our team at Savvy Search. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in similar industries and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts.
- Responsible for the sales and development of new potential business for Power Electronics Background (UPS/Inverter/Solar Background) and Electronics or Electrical background.
- Generate Enquiries, Generate References, and explore new opportunities in the assigned region.
- Meeting with Corporate clients to identify technical issues and assure complete customer satisfaction.
- Offer clients products or services that best satisfy their needs in terms of technical specification, quality, price, and delivery.
- To gather market information, trends, and requirements of customers and provide input to Management.
- Carry out Sales & Marketing Activities, Preparing Sales Plan.
- Responsible for meeting functional and technical requirements of customers' RFPs (Request for Participation).
- Ability to drive business expansion through aggressive sales initiatives that deliver revenue growth.
- Yearly produce the Company's Strategic Sales Plan and head the implementation throughout each Quarter.
- Attend and actively contribute to Sales meetings to keep colleagues informed about customers and product range.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma or MBA/B.E-BTECH (Electronics or Electrical Background)
- 2+ years experience in similar industries
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Team Management, Decision-making, Leadership skills, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and strategic mindset Presentation skills with logical argumentation
- Having knowledge of site evaluation and electrical & electronics engineering Good academic record with zeal to learn new concepts quickly and apply innovative ideas to achieve the best results
- Dependable, self-motivated, and display a sense of responsibility
- Quickly align with the organization's objectives & values
- Problem-solving ability
- Ready to build a career with long-term commitment towards the organization operating in a dynamic product market
