We are seeking a highly accomplished Sales Manager to spearhead our customer acquisition and revenue growth strategies in Mumbai, Pune, and Gujarat.

As a key member of our team at Talentnauts, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales potential of our team, developing strategic business plans, and presenting forecasts to upper management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands our customer base and ensures our strong presence
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships through partnership and need-based understanding
  • Presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status
  • Preparing proposals, submissions, and liaising with government departments for business development
  • Preparing bids, tenders, and following up with respective departments
  • Developing channel partners for supporting business development
  • Managing and supporting channel partner sites across Mumbai circle
  • Preparing annual marketing plans and executing them
  • Leading overall project activity with objectives of revenue collection for the organization

Requirements include:

  • MBA degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills

The estimated salary range for this role is ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month, based on factors such as location, industry standards, and required skills and qualifications.
