Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
● Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets for Frido’s insole product line by implementing effective sales strategies across designated regions.
● Market Expansion: Build and expand relationships with distributors and retail partners to enhance brand presence and sales.
● Distribution Model Management: Operate within a distribution model, focusing on efficient product delivery to retailers and consumers.
● Customer Engagement: Educate channel partners on Frido’s product benefits, value proposition, and unique selling points to drive in-store promotion and sales.
● Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, provide timely reporting, and collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience: 4-6years in sales, preferably within the Insoles, Orthotics, or OTC (over-the-counter) health product sectors. ○ Ideal candidates will have prior experience with companies such as Ascent, Flamingo, VEGA, or in OTC segments.
2. Distribution Model Expertise: Proven experience in a distribution model, with strong skills in managing sales through distributors and ensuring broad product reach within the market.
3. Channel Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of retail and distribution channels for health and wellness products, with a focus on promoting sales through General Trade (GT).
4. Channel Experience : Footwear Stores, Chemist/Pharmacies and Sports equipment stores.
