Territory Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our team at Pidilite Industries Limited.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving overall sales objectives, primarily targeting DRCP outlets in assigned WSS TTY. This involves driving sales growth through effective engagement with top outlets, enforcing WSS management policies, and ensuring seamless trade relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Primary Sales Target and Secondary targets in DRCP outlets in Assigned WSS TTY
- Deliver specific product-wise sales objectives on a monthly/quarterly basis as per the plan
- Manage WSS functions such as policy enforcement, claim management, balance confirmations, and suggest corrective actions for exceptions
- Support secondary teams in ISR-covered outlets
- Engage in superior customer tie-up programs to drive secondary targets in top outlets
- Participate in activities like Naka meets, RKP meetings, and formal engagements as per the plan
- Enroll new users in RTG programs and encourage them to earn higher points every month
