Hiring for a Relationship Manager role in corporate banking involves acquiring and managing Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) clients under the Mid-Market Group (MMG) segment. The primary goal is to drive business growth through various corporate banking products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new PSU relationships by identifying opportunities across lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other banking products.
- Develop customized solutions for PSU clients in line with their business and financial needs.
- Drive revenue and profitability targets through acquisition and cross-sell.
- Ensure credit quality, compliance, and risk management in all dealings.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate/PSU relationship management or acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of PSU ecosystem, corporate banking products, and credit analysis.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
