Channel Partnerships Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a network of channel partners, brokers, and agents to drive business growth.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with external property consultants to ensure a steady supply of verified clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through partner networks and referrals.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to activate the channel partner network, driving registrations and bookings.

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sourcing or channel partner development.
  • Excellent local market knowledge of key areas, including Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and Raigad.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • A self-driven, field-oriented, and result-focused individual who can work independently.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with own vehicle preferred.
