International Trade Development Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Trade Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global business development unit, you will be responsible for developing new markets, establishing and maintaining overseas customer relationships, expanding our market share, understanding and collecting market information, and analyzing competitors in the same industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate and sign sales contracts, ensuring terms align with company interests, track order execution, ensure timely delivery, and meet customer requirements.
  2. Maintain existing customer relationships, communicate regularly, understand needs, provide solutions, handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Familiarize yourself with international trade contract terms and effectively manage contracts and orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Hold a business or life sciences degree and have a solid foundation of professional knowledge to support international market development and customer service.
  2. Be adaptable to different cultures and environments, work effectively in cross-cultural communication settings, negotiate and communicate with international clients, and possess good time management and organizational skills.
