As a business expansion expert, you will play a key role in promoting UAE/Dubai business setup and residency solutions to global clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive business expansion strategy to drive growth and increase revenue for the company.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key international partners, including accounting firms, consulting firms, immigration advisors, tax consultants, travel agencies, and corporate offices.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners in different regions to expand the company's global footprint and increase market share.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into clients through strategic alliances and partnerships, driving sales growth and increasing revenue.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, business conferences, and networking events to promote services and build connections with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target markets, and potential industries for expansion, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements and sales contracts with international stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide country-specific insights on regulations, market entry barriers, and partnership opportunities to help clients navigate complex business environments.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to business development.
- Regularly report on business development progress, market insights, and sales performance to senior management, providing actionable data to inform business strategies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international business development, sales, or expansion management, preferably in business setup, consulting, immigration, or corporate services.
- Strong international network and proven ability to develop strategic partnerships, driving business growth and increasing revenue.
- Excellent knowledge of global markets, business consulting, and international expansion practices, with the ability to apply this expertise in a fast-paced business environment.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to travel internationally and adapt to different business cultures, with a flexible and open-minded approach to business development.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
