About Us:

Sales Program Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support strategic initiatives through impactful presentation development, executive-level reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Develop and format presentations with strong structure, messaging, and visual polish for customer meetings, board sessions, and internal reviews.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to develop proficiency in content creation and storytelling.
  • Track and compile customer engagement data across businesses to provide visibility for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and compile reports from stakeholders into a single report meeting quality expectations.
  • Support program tracking and executive coordination activities.

  • Presentation skills to craft clear, concise, and visually compelling messages.
  • Attention to detail in content and formatting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill and structure information for executives.
  • Organized and dependable in managing inputs, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • MBA preferred; ideally with an undergraduate degree in a technical field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in program coordination, strategy support, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience working on executive-facing materials is desirable.
