Director of Growth and Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Growth and Strategy to lead the expansion of our technical textile business across multiple verticals, with full profit and loss ownership, supplier management, and business development across domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, new opportunities, and geography expansion, as well as deep technical and product knowledge in textiles and a robust supplier network both domestically and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution
  • End-to-end profit and loss, sales, margins, and collections ownership
  • Strengthen supplier and dealer networks in India and overseas
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Research and Development for innovation
  • Build and lead sourcing, quality, and operations teams

Requirements:

  • 10-25 years of experience in trading or manufacturing setups
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Deep technical and product knowledge in textiles
  • Rigid supplier network both domestically and globally
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams
