Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Officer

A seasoned chief financial operations officer with extensive experience in finance, accounting, and SAP-enabled transformation is required to join a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as SAP S/4HANA FICO Subject Matter Expert driving adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
  • Manage end-to-end business cycles including order-to-cash procure-to-pay plan-to-product and request-to-service.

Provide business insights through Hyperion SAP reporting and advanced financial analytics to support executive decision-making.

Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.

Build and mentor finance teams to strengthen organizational capability.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline MBA preferred.
  • 15–20 years' experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level or managerial roles.
  • Certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting or equivalent.
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO Product Costing CO-PA and SAP Business Processes.
