Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles. Previous CFO or similar C-level financial leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience in the IT services industry with deep understanding of project-based revenue recognition and billing models, managed services and subscription-based revenue streams, resource utilization metrics and project profitability analysis.
