Our organization seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive its financial strategy and growth.

The CFO will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for the financial health and strategic planning of our company. This role involves managing the financial actions of our organization, including accounting & treasury activities, tracking cash flow, financial planning, and analyzing our company's financial strengths and weaknesses.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial modelling and forecasting, as well as excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

The CFO will lead our finance & accounting team and play a pivotal role in coordination with other functional teams facilitating overall efficiencies.

This is a challenging opportunity for a senior finance leader who can make a significant impact on our organization's financial performance and growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support our company's long-term goals and advise on long-term business and financial planning.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting metrics. Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports, conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure efficient operation of the finance function, managing cash flow and expense control processes. Implement operational best practices to maximize revenue and develop financial and tax strategies.
  • Manage relationships with investors and investment institutions, Represent our company with bankers and investors. Raise additional capital as necessary to fund our company's expansion.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations. Report financial results to stock exchanges and the board of directors.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team. Manage the accounting and finance departments, ensuring our company's financial stability.
