Job Title: Costing & Financial Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Costing & Financial Strategist to join our organization. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate cost sheets, conducting detailed analysis of costs, and tracking expenses in real-time.

You will work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure cost efficiency in sourcing and manufacturing. Additionally, you will prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reports to support business planning, and provide insights on break-even analysis, pricing strategies, and margin improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Analysis and Management: Develop and maintain accurate cost sheets, conduct detailed analysis of costs, and track expenses in real-time.
  • Financial Planning and Reporting: Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow reports to support business planning, and provide insights on break-even analysis, pricing strategies, and margin improvement opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure cost efficiency in sourcing and manufacturing, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5-7 years) in cost analysis, business finance, or management accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
