Career Opportunity: Debt Funding Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in debt funding to join our team.

  • Role Overview:
  • Drive the process of securing debt capital from banks, financial institutions, and other lenders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including lenders, rating agencies, and investors.
  • Structure debt transactions, negotiate loan terms, and ensure optimal funding costs.
  • Maintain compliance with lending frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management.
  • Assess funding risks and mitigate exposure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks, financial institutions, and other lenders.
  • Strong network with lenders, including banks, financial institutions, and structured finance players.
  • Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines.
  • Solid understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation.
  • Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
