Business Finance Manager Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and drive profitable growth across regions through collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Corporate Finance teams.
  • Oversee pricing for complex deals to ensure optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.

  • Maintain accurate financial models for decision support, tracking win-loss ratios and deal pricing/cost sheets.
  • Monitor operating expenses, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.
  • Track market and competitor movements in EMEA and highlight financial levers to strengthen positioning.
  • Drive or support organization-wide initiatives related to finance transformation, automation, and reporting efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide finance analysts in developing capabilities in financial modeling, pricing, and stakeholder management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • A qualified Chartered Accountant is mandatory.
  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets.
  • Experience managing multi-geo P&L ownership and leading finance teams.
