Senior Finance Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely completion of financial reports.
Budgeting and Forecasting Objectives:
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights to optimize costs and improve profitability.
  • Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost reduction.
Invoice Management Strategy:
  • Generate and review client invoices for accuracy and timeliness, ensuring prompt payment follow-up.
  • Maintain records of receivables and payables, ensuring seamless cash flow management.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Compliance and Audit Requirements:
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies, maintaining a compliant financial environment.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Process Improvement Initiatives:
  • Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and propose improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor best practices in financial management, driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA or MBA in Finance is an advantage).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Soft Skills:
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
